DOCK SAFETY
It’s your responsibility to maintain a safe dock.
Be protected from electrical hazards on your dock caused by faulty wiring.

Dock Lifeguard is a visual and audible warning detection system for electrical hazards on your boat dock or in the water surrounding your dock. Dock Lifeguard is designed to emit a loud audible siren along with a visual flashing warning light to notify you of any excessive voltage levels on or around your dock. Dock Lifeguard will also admit a warning signal if you're dock loses proper grounding.

It is also equipped with an ultra-bright LED level indicator for a quick visual of the surrounding waters electrical levels to give you the peace of mind you need to keep your family safe.
The Dock Lifeguard unit is quality constructed and is installed in a weather tight enclosure to ensure reliability and longevity in all conditions. The detection sensor can pick up hazardous voltage levels up to a 40' radius*. Even if your dock is grounded properly your neighbor's back may not be.

Although your dock may be safe today, Dock Lifeguard will warn you if your dock becomes unsafe tomorrow.
The dock lifeguard system is an electrical hazard warning system and should not be used as a substitute for correct dock wiring and grounding.
*Water conditions and underwater objects may reduce range.

Electricity is a silent killer. You cannot see, hear or smell it. Dock Lifeguard will emit a warning sound and display a warning strobe when electricity is detected.
Electricity will follow the easiest path to ground. If your dock is properly grounded, hazardous electricity from a neighbor’s dock, or a dock across a cove, may find its way to your dock.
GFCI's protect the circuit from your electrical service, but not from other sources such as your neighbor's dock, leaky boat generators or faulty transformers.
In dry conditions, your dock may lose proper grounding. The Dock Lifeguard system will alert you to improper grounding as well as hazardous electricity.
